PTCAS COURSEWORK ENTRY

Once the application is complete, it will be placed in line for professional transcript entry. Repeated Courses You must enter all attempts of every course taken, even if you later repeated a course or if your college removed the initial attempt from your GPA calculation. Eligibility After submission, you cannot update your courses in the Transcript Entry section until your application is in “verified” status. It is your responsibility to login and approve the completed coursework entry as soon as possible. PTCAS coursework entry staff are available to enter all completed coursework taken at institutions on our school list. List all grades as stated on the transcript. Professional Transcript Entry (PTE) Service
If you fail to properly enter all of your courses when you first submit your application or do not make timely corrections as requested, your application will be delayed in processing and you may jeopardize your chances for admission. You cannot edit previously verified terms or add terms that you forgot to report from past years.
Report all colleges attended. PTCAS will verify your self-reported coursework against your official transcripts.
Physical Therapist (PT) Admissions Process
Course Title Enter the full title of the course, such as “Introduction to Biology,” exactly as it appears on your transcript. Enter any AP courses that appear on your official transcripts under the term the credit was granted by your college. Refer to a personal copy of your transcripts. Once approved, your file will move to the end of the verification queue.
Coursework & Professional Transcript Entry (PTE)
Enter the full title of the course, such as “Introduction to Biology,” exactly as it appears on your transcript. Credits Enter the attempted credit value for the enrty, exactly as it appears on your transcript. Once you have entered all courses from all United States and Canadian institutions attended, complete the transcript review process to finalize your coursework section. PTCAS will return your application to you for corrections or explanation if there are a significant number of course discrepancies or omissions.
Course Code Enter the departmental prefix and course number for the course, such as BIOLexactly as it appears on your transcript. PTE is a data-entry service, not a verification service. PTCAS is not responsible for delays caused by errors to the coursework section or missed deadlines.
You will need to review your coursework from each institution attended. The subject must be chosen from the list provided. Your application will be placed on hold until the corrections are fixed. Mark the first, subsequent, and final course attempts as “Repeated.
